Will Carter
Will is a dedicated sound healer, trained vibroacoustic therapy specialist, breathwork, and mindfulness coach with several years of experience supporting individuals on their journey toward balance and well-being.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at the University of Central Florida, where he is also involved in research exploring the impact of yoga and meditation on student well-being.
Will has worked extensively with individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges, using integrative practices to foster resilience, emotional balance, and inner connection. His approach combines vibroacoustic sound therapy, mindful movement, and breath-centered practices to create meaningful, restorative experiences.
Rooted in compassion and informed by research, Will’s work is grounded in the belief that healing begins with reconnecting to the body, the breath, and the present moment.
Dr. Shiva Jahani is a Ph.D. lecturer at the University of Central Florida, specializing in research methodologies with a unique focus on student well-being and holistic education. Her academic work explores how practices like yoga and meditation can enhance mental, emotional, and academic resilience among undergraduate students.
With a passion for integrating science and spirituality, Shiva brings a multidimensional approach to wellness. She is a certified yoga instructor, sound healer, and a Chopra Center–certified meditation teacher, trained under the guidance of Deepak Chopra’s mindfulness and Ayurvedic principles.
Shiva has co-authored three published books, each exploring the intersection of self-inquiry, healing, and conscious living. Her teachings combine scholarly insight with grounded, heart-centered practices designed to empower others on their path to balance and self-awareness.
